Eastern Cape based fashion designer,he was selected as an upcoming designer on a mentorship programme certified designers who include:David Tlale and Thula Sindi.
He later opened his own fashion house:Thando Piliso Avenue which is based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).He has numerous fashion outlets .
His collections are always dominated by the Xhosa culture proving out to his followers that his proud of his culture .
This month his going to be showcasing at Nigeria Men’s Fashion Week .

Miss SA’s coronation will be held on the 13th of August at Sunbet Area,Time Square,South Africa.

FORMER MISTER SA 1ST RUNNER UP WINS MISTER HERITAGE
South African model Steph Jansen Van Vuuren attended Mister Heritage pageant which was held on Saturday.
The purpose of Mister Heritage is to preserve and protect culture and tourism.
It is an emerging male pageant that ains to support men that works on supporting tourism and embrace the beauty of culture of each and every country in the world despite language barrier.
The pageant supports men who empowers and encourage everyone to preserve and protect cultural wealth and tourism. Steph Jansen Van Vuuren also was the first runner up of Mr South Africa (2021) this year he was titled Mister Heritage International 2022.

Created as a platform of appreciating the role played bymodels in the modeling industry,Bulawayo Models Association saw it fit to establish a unique platform where models will feel appreciated for their day to day sweat.
Bulawayo Models Awards founders confirmed that the awards are strictly for models who were born and raised in Bulawayo and those that are from the province and are now based outside the borders of the province .
In addition the organisers informed that they have been receiving a positive response when it comes to nominations which were opened to the public on in June and the closing day is expected to cof July.
When questioned about the state of the city’s modeling industry, the Bulawayo Models Association stated out that the industry is on the right track and they are hoping the awards will be an added fuel that is going to drive the sector into greater heights.
City of Bulawayo in the past years and recently has managed to produce International models and some of the products from the city of kings and Queens have dominanted International and local pageants.
When questioned about the most controversial topic in the modeling sector on the definition of a model or what categories one to be a professional model. Bulawayo Models Association said ,among the qualifications that define one to be a model is when one is groomed by a professional agency and should be a holder of a Z card or a certificate from an agency.

Q:You are not new in the modeling industry can you take us back to your first steps in the modeling industry? A:In 2019 I entered the most rainbow pageant of MISS & MR TUT. I won the Mr TUT PERSONALITY 2019. In 2020 I entered the one and only MR TSHWANE REGIONS PAGEANT .I won the 1st PRINCE. Then I entered the MOST powerful Pageant in Mpumalanga, I won the KING OF THEMBISILE HANI AS AM TAKING I AM MR THEBISILE HANI.
Q:What attracted you to take part an international modeling pageant ?
A:. What attracted me to enter the international pageant now at is going to be held in BALI, INDONESIA in November this very year, AS WELL AS MR AFRICAN CONTINET THAT WILL BE HELD IN GHANA NEXT YEAR is my heart for this beautiful career and the support from my management team (ASAN MAHLANGU & THAMSANQA QHAWEKASI MHLANGA). Remember a goal that set can strengthen you to work a bit smart to see yourself getting to the last lane of victory. In other words it has been a goal for me to become international. I LOVE THIS THING CALLED MODELLING #GAZATOTHEWORLD.
Q:If you win this title how will your life change ? A:Wow, if I win this tittle of MR GLOCAL INTERNATIONAL, it will firstly change the brand I am now from local to international brand. King of the world you get it right? It will definitely give me a better space to motivate strictly close to ear, remember modelling is not about self-made achievements but it is about one win ,is for us all. That will open a gate for me to be audible enough to reach mass and give them love, make sure I encourage them to my advocacy that says” I am a go getter, once I identify a need, without procrastination, I go for it because everything is reachable regardless of where you come from. Fix your eyes ahead, fall n tremble towards the goal, you have it all that it takes to become what you want to become. Fightforyourself” MR THEBISILE HANI.
Q:Who is your fashion style muse ? A: OMARI HARDWICK aka GHOST from power.
Q:What has been the main challenge of your journey so far ? A:My min challenge so far is sponsorship deals. The rest am bold enough that just take me the ground I will walk diamond and speak gold. Only sponsorship coz it requires capital to travel, dress more acceptable, eat healthy, gym and negotiating ambassadors’ deals
Q:What do you think had been the many factors that have contributed in the success of male models in International pageants? A:The only factors I think contributed in success of our African models’ success can’t be seen by naked eyes, however nothing than is passion, faith, self-trust, training and enthusiasm. It is all about personal factors. It all work together as the ingredient to produce the desired and a complete KING and QUEEN.
Q:Who inspires you ? A:Michael B Jordan.
Q:Would you take part in a runway event ? A:Hahahha ok, apart from this I am eying the Paris fashion week catwalk. I wish I can get that gig and go present Gaza traditional attire. We have some beautiful and rainbow colours in my tribe. The world would love it. I pray I get there one day.
Q:Where do you see your future in the coming years ? A:. I see myself as MR GLOCAL INTERNATIONAL. In Paris fashion show. And having one of my interviews on TV. Brand ambassador, influencer.
