The reason i am participating in the pageant Mister Zim International its because I believe in myself and empowerment.
Also its an opportunity to be recognised as one of the top best models in the country, doors will also be opened and I will get an opportunity to be recognised by well known brands and be their brand ambassador.
On the 10th of this month i engaged on a community charity work.
As you know the state of our roads in the country are poor and road filling using sand is the only solution.
I made a call to the nation, with the support of many we managed to fill up the potholes with sand.
If we can do that as a community, I believe we can work together to empower the boy child

African society has drawn a particular line on what type of underwear should men wear. However with the evolution of the society’s belief, the society has began to cross those boundaries. In an interaction with fashion underwear model-Itumeleng Malefetsa. He shares with us some of his thoughts about why men are told what to wear when it comes to underwear .
He also introduces us to his definition of fashion and in addition he shares with us some of his moments when he collaborated with Lindani The Stylist.
Q.You are a into the fashion industry what is your definition of the term fashion?
A.Fashion is a multifaceted and ever-evolving concept that encompasses much more than the clothes we wear. It is a form of self-expression and a powerful means of communicating one’s identity, emotions, and cultural affiliations. More than just a collection of garments, fashion embodies creativity, trends, and individualism, shaping the way individuals present themselves to the world.
At its core, fashion reflects the prevailing aesthetics and cultural influences of a given period. It encompasses clothing, accessories, footwear, hairstyles, and even makeup. Fashion is not solely about following the latest trends but also about making choices that resonate with personal tastes, beliefs, and the desire to stand out or blend in within a certain context.
Fashion is a mirror that reflects the times we live in, often mirroring societal values, technological advancements, and even environmental concerns. It is a medium through which individuals can make statements about their beliefs, aspirations, and affiliations. Whether it’s donning vintage attire to embrace nostalgia or adopting futuristic designs to embrace innovation, fashion serves as a canvas for expressing a wide range of emotions and messages.
Furthermore, fashion is not confined to the realm of the individual; it extends to the collective, influencing cultures, subcultures, and entire societies. It can bind people together through shared styles or challenge societal norms by embracing nonconformity. Fashion allows people to establish connections with others who share similar tastes, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
Fashion’s significance lies not only in the physical appearance it shapes but also in the confidence and empowerment it can instill. The act of choosing and curating one’s clothing and accessories is a way to take ownership of one’s appearance and assert individuality. Fashion can boost self-esteem, enhance self-image, and contribute to a sense of personal pride.
Fashion is a dynamic and complex phenomenon that goes beyond mere clothing choices. It encompasses style, identity, culture, and individualism. It is a creative outlet that enables individuals to communicate their personality, beliefs, and emotions to the world. As trends come and go, fashion remains a powerful tool for personal expression and a reflection of the ever-changing tapestry of human culture and society.

Q.what is your take that the African society has classified the type of underwear men should wear?
A.The classification of underwear types in African society, as in many societies around the world, reflects a blend of cultural norms, personal preferences, and evolving fashion trends. The choice of underwear is a deeply personal one, influenced by comfort, aesthetics, and societal expectations. It’s important to recognize that discussions around underwear preferences can touch on cultural, social, and individual aspects.
In many cultures, including African societies, traditional values and modesty have historically influenced clothing choices, including underwear. Certain types of underwear might be favored due to cultural standards of modesty or comfort in specific climates. For instance, in some African regions, looser and more breathable styles might be preferred due to warmer weather conditions.
However, it’s worth noting that contemporary African societies, like societies worldwide, have become increasingly diverse and globalized. This has led to a broader range of fashion choices, including underwear styles. As societies evolve, so do fashion trends, and people are more likely to experiment with different types of underwear based on personal preferences, comfort, and exposure to global fashion influences.
While some traditional values may still play a role in influencing underwear choices, the modern African society is also embracing individualism and self-expression. People are more likely to prioritize comfort, functionality, and personal style when choosing underwear. This includes factors such as the type of clothing they wear on a daily basis, their body type, and their own sense of aesthetics.
The classification of underwear types in African society, much like in other societies, is a complex interplay of cultural values, personal preferences, and evolving fashion trends. While traditional values may have historically influenced these choices, modern African society is becoming more diverse and open to a wide range of underwear styles that reflect individual comfort, functionality, and personal style.

I’m contesting for this title because i have been working hard to become what i call a “High Value Man”, which is what people need for me to represent my country.

This contest is beyond me. It is about proving to the world that regardless of our economic situation, we can still look our best and display good behavior.
I want the world to look at me and see what an “Alpha Male” should look like deriving it from the way i comprehensively speak my mind while I maintain eye contact.
How i walk with my chin up and shoulders out and take up space when i sit. How i neatly dress up in formal treating my suit like an amour and walking into rooms like God sent me.

I should be the winner because I’ve worked so hard to have the “body of the gods”. And i am a very confident, charismatic young man who takes good care of himself. I should also be the winner so i can show other under-rated models that they can win regardless of where they come from and make them Men among Men.
