Sibusiso Malaza: This was different for me. I decided to enter because someone I know, Don, inspired me. Seeing his journey motivated me to take a chance on myself. I wanted to show people what I could do and prove that I belong in this space.

Sibusiso Malaza: Preparation was very important. I focused on practising, maintaining my physical appearance, and staying disciplined. My mindset was simple — I came to compete and give my very best

Sibusiso Malaza: I reminded myself why I started. I wanted to keep pushing forward and make the most of the opportunity. Every stage of the competition helped me grow and become more confident.

Sibusiso Malaza: I want them to know that anything is possible. Don’t doubt yourself. If there’s something you really want to achieve, work hard for it, stay committed, and never stop believing in yourself. Your dreams are possible if you’re willing to put in the effort.
