Munashe Asher Magezi is making a powerful impact as he embarks on his journey to become Mister Heritage Zimbabwe 2025. His vision is centered around addressing substance abuse among Zimbabwe’s youth, with a three-fold approach.

The “Dare Rekuzvitakura” (Circle of Self-Worth) Initiative will launch community-based support groups in every province, providing mentorship, skills training, and hope to young people struggling with addiction. Because addiction thrives in isolation, but recovery flourishes in community, this initiative aims to break the cycle of addiction and empower Zimbabwe’s youth.

Mobile Wellness Clinics will bring mental health support, addiction counseling, and life skills training directly to rural and underserved communities, recognizing that healthcare is a right, not a privilege. This will ensure that every young Zimbabwean has access to the support they need to overcome addiction and thrive.

The “Heritage Heroes” Program will partner with schools, churches, and traditional leaders to identify and celebrate young Zimbabweans making positive choices, creating a culture where being drug-free is celebrated. This program will promote a culture of resilience, hope, and determination, inspiring young people to make informed choices about their lives.

Munashe’s message is clear: “Your story is not over. Your potential is limitless. Zimbabwe needs your talents, your creativity, your energy.” He advocates for skills development programs in areas like agriculture technology, art, modeling, crafts, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship to empower young Zimbabweans and provide viable paths to economic independence.
