‘My style is Immaculate’

Brighton Yamiko Kafikako is one of the most talented models in the modeling industry.He was recently signed by one of the most prominent fashion brands in the world,’Suits World’.
In an exclusive moment, he shares with us what it means being a brand ambassador and what role it has played within his career. In addition we get to find out why one needs to own at least a suit from Suits World.

Q.From pageant to being a commercial model what do you enjoy about being a commercial model?
A..From pageantry to being a commercial model, i have to say i enjoy the best of both worlds. I’m humbled to say i haven’t had it easy also. It has being a bumpy ride. But, in the commercial modeling world i enjoy having to rub shoulders with popular figures that i look up to. Observing how they navigate the industry and how they react in different circumstances.

Q. What does it mean being a brand ambassador of suits world brand and how has it changed your life?
A.Working with Suits World is a dream come true for me. Imagine having to work with the top tier, the number one suit seller in the country.
I must say I’m elated to have this privilege.
From our previous shoot, I’ve managed to attract a mirade of people and social media interaction. This has had a very positive impact on my portfolio. Having collaborated with the likes of Madam Boss, The Slick Pastor, Shadaya, Chisale, Tafadzwa Shugeta, Thabani, Byron Bibo, Vince, Penzura and Dylan, my social media appearance has been nothing but, frequent. For me this means a lot and i am grateful to be part of the same journey as The Suits World.

Q. What makes you as a commercial model to be unique from other models?
A.My uniqueness as a commercial model is that i am a total package. My style is immaculate. I’m a brilliant guy. This all stems from my confidence.
I am a “High Value” man. Which means my body is a work of art.
My face is pretty much what ladies would call a “Chad and Tyrone ” in the USA. The jawline is carved, the body is torn and I’m undeniably good looking. Besides these obvious things. I’m also a very caring person that loves to see everyone happy. I do not hold grudges. And i am a disciplined child of God. I believe that the aforementioned are my unique traits.

Q. From day one what have you learnt about yourself since you joined the Suits World brand?
A.From day one, i have acquired a lot of knowledge since i joined The Suits World. I have learnt from them that life is all about teamwork.
From the first time i walked into their building, i saw how they calmly served crowds of customers effortlessly because they were working as a team. With smiles on their faces. I’ve never seen anyone having a lot of work and still manage to be happy. But, teamwork made it easier. I’ve also learnt about being strong in general. People are mean on Facebook.
People will look for just what might be wrong an chastise you for that. So this taught me to not feel a thing as far as negative comments are concerned. However, people can be so loving, showing that they appreciate your work. So i did gain emotional intelligence from this.

Q. Suits world is all about formal wear , why do you think its a must for very gentleman to have a suit world suit?
A. I feel like every gentleman should have a suit from The Suits World because there’s just nowhere in the country you’d find a $20 that will have you looking like Micheal B. Jordan.
No ways.
I am a real gentleman and I’ve concluded that they have the best quality at a lower price.
People believe that high price is high quality but you can find our $20 suit in a different shop going for double the price, which is very concerning. Therefore it’s a must for every gentleman to shop with us at The Suits World.

Q. When you told that you will be part of the brand ambassadors of the brand Suits World ,what came to your mind
A. Honestly, I had no expectations. It was just a surprise call. “Brighton, come tomorrow to the shop and pick your suits for the shoot.” This was a great feeling. I prayed in elation. Shocked, felt unrealistic. And what came to my mind was whatever it is, I’m going to show this guy that I’m the best. I’m going to put my all into it. And i am going to show them i meant business. I took it upon myself to show them that since they also believe in me, i can’t let them down.
